This help guide will detail how to set up and configure Tanda’s integration with SEEK. Tanda integrates with SEEK Job Posting, allowing Australian and New Zealand-based customers to post and manage job ads across both SEEK and Tanda.
Note: This feature is only available for users on the Tanda HR plan and only in regions where SEEK is available.
Connecting to SEEK
To connect Tanda with SEEK, first, log in to your Tanda account and navigate to Settings > Integrations > Job Boards > +Add Job Board. Then, select SEEK and click +Add Integration.
Next, complete SEEK’s Link your Software Form and select Tanda from the list. You will need to sign into a SEEK Employer account to complete this step.
Make sure to select SEEK Job Posting & SEEK Optimised apply for the best experience.
You will be provided your Hirer ID at the end of this process via a email from SEEK, this might take some time to process. Once received, navigate back to Tanda and enter this Hirer ID as prompted.
Click ‘Connect,’ and SEEK will notify you when the set-up is complete and the integration is fully configured.
Using the Integration
Once the integration is configured, navigate to Hire > Job Ads to start using it. Create a job ad as normal and enter the relevant details. Before clicking Create, ensure you tick ‘Send to Seek’ at the bottom of the page. For more details on creating job ads, see our help guide on how to create and post a job ad.
From there, your job ad will automatically be posted to both SEEK and Tanda, and you can manage all applications directly in Tanda. For instructions on this, see our guide on reviewing and hiring applicants.

Notes on Using the Text Editor
Some formatting options that are available in Tanda are not available in Seek.

If you use any of this formatting, it will not carry over to the SEEK version of your job ad. However, the underlying text will still display on SEEK.
