Change your email address

Find out how to change your email address as a manager or as a staff member

For Managers

You can change an employee's email by navigating to a staff profile (Workforce > Staff).

If the email is greyed out, click Unlink & Change Email below the email address to allow you to edit the email:

After you change their email, click Invite to Tanda to send an invitation email to the new email address.


For staff

Desktop

If you already have access to Tanda, you can update your email address at any time on the desktop version by navigating to 'My Profile' then 'Change Account Details'.

Mobile App

To update your email using the mobile app, click on your profile in the top right and open the Personal Details tab.

From there, you can edit your details by pressing the pen icon:

If this is not an option, this means Employee Self-Service has not been turned on in your organisation's settings. If this is the case, you might need to reach out to your manager to get this changed.
