Save Custom Reports

Save and update a custom Workforce report, find it under 'My Reports,' and regenerate or overwrite it anytime by updating the filters.

This help guide will detail how to save and schedule your custom reports.

Save a Custom Report

To save a custom report, follow the process below:

1. Navigate to the Reports tab and open your selected report

2. Customise the columns in your report & apply your desired filters

3. Click Generate

4. Select Actions > Save as Custom Report

5. Name your report and provide a description (optional)

6. If desired, schedule the report by selecting the email frequency and time (optional)

7. Select Create Custom Report to save it


Access a Custom Report

Once saved, there are two ways to access your custom reports. Firstly, you can access them directly from the navigation bar by hovering over Reports:

Alternatively, navigate to the Reports tab, where they will be saved under the Custom Reports section:


Edit and Update the Custom Report

You can update the filters of your custom report at any time.

To do so, navigate to your report via Reports > My Reports. Then, update your filters as desired and select Actions > Update Custom Report. You can also delete your custom report from this view.

Once you are happy, confirm your changes by selecting 'Update Report.'


Schedule a Custom Report

To schedule an existing custom report to be emailed to you:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Custom Reports

  2. Select the report you wish to schedule

  3. Click Actions > Update the report

  4. Set email frequency

  5. Set the email time

  6. Click Update Report

The report will be emailed to you with an attached CSV file and a link to open the report on the date and time you selected.

You can also schedule a report to be emailed to someone else. To do so, follow steps 1-5 above. Then, instead of clicking 'Update report', tick 'Send this report to other employees' and select which position titles and/or teams should receive the report.


Pin a Custom Report

You can also pin your custom reports (or any other reports) for ease of access. To do so, navigate to your desired report and select Actions > Pin Report.

Pinned reports will then appear in the Reports menu for convenient access.

They will also appear in the Reports tab under Pinned Reports
