You can now conduct performance reviews and manage formal staff communication in Tanda, ensuring there's a record for every conversation and opportunities for improvement.

This feature is available for users on the Tanda HR plan.

What are Performance Reviews?

Performance reviews are formal opportunities for feedback between a business/managers and their staff. They're used to track staff performance over a longer period of time, and can help businesses make decisions when promoting or letting staff go.

With Tanda's Performance Review feature, you can store insights and notes against every employee. Create any number of customisable review templates which can be manually sent ad-hoc, or automatically when staff meet a milestone in the business.

How are Performance Reviews structured?

Each Performance Review in Tanda contains Pages and Questions to help organise responses.

  • Performance Review Templates - specify the name, review type, status and description of the Performance Review

  • Page - break up the review into manageable sections.

  • Question - specify the question name, type, whether it's required to be answered, who it applies to, and add a description or reference file

How can I access Performance Reviews?

Performance reviews are available for accounts with Tanda HR enabled.

Once enabled, find Performance Reviews under the HR tab in your Tanda account.
