The Time Clock displays some important device information that is helpful for Tanda Support if there's an issue. You can send this device information directly to Tanda using the tap of a button.

To send (or view) device information:

1. Passcode into the Time Clock as an Admin
2. Tap on the Settings button

3. Tap on Settings 

4. Tap on Feedback

5. Tap Send to Tanda to send the relevant device information to Support
