Edit a Form Template
Where necessary, you can make changes to Form Template details, sections, and questions through the Form Templates tab under HR > Forms.
To begin editing the Form Template, click the Edit button on the relevant Form Template.
From there, you can choose to edit the Questions, Approval Processes, When to send, Employee Self Service (ESS), or the Setup of the template.
Sections
To edit a section, click the Edit Section Name button in the relevant Form Template, update the name, then click Save.
To reorder Sections in the template, you can drag and drop by clicking and holding onto the 𓃎 symbol on each section:
To delete a Section, open the dropdown next to the Edit Section Name button and click Delete Section:
Deleted Sections cannot be recovered.
Questions
To edit a question, locate it in the relevant form and section, and make your changes. Updates to questions will be saved automatically.
Note: Changes to Sections and Questions will not automatically update Forms that have already been sent out. If you have made changes after sending out a form, you will need to delete the existing forms and resend them.
Duplicate a Form Template
To duplicate a Form Template, click the ⋮ button on the relevant form template, then Duplicate.
This will create an exact copy of the original template.
Delete a Form Template
When a Form Template is deleted, it will no longer appear for employees to complete on the mobile app and the deleted form templates cannot be reactivated. Responses can still be accessed for deleted form Templates.
To delete a form template, click the ⋮ button on the relevant form template, then Delete.
Finally, confirm using the delete button.
