How to set it up

  1. Go to your locations page
  2. Click on the team that you want to automate (e.g. Bar)
  3. Look for the Associated Tags field
  4. Enter the HD tag you want to automate. 
  5. For example: Level 1 Year 2 Higher Duties (see below)

All staff with the above tag in their profile will be automatically assigned a HD tag on their timesheet when they work for the Bar team. This works for any HD tags you set on any team.
