Qualifications in Tanda allow you to track and manage important qualifications, proficiencies and other documentation for your employees. To easily manage this within Tanda, employees can upload this information via their app. This guide covers the requirements to use this functionality:

Configure Qualifications that can be requested in Onboarding

Not all qualifications will be required for users all of the time. To manage what can be requested as part of onboarding, you can individually configure each qualification, which will allow it to be selected during the onboarding send process.

To do so, navigate to Workforce > Qualifications > select the qualification you want employees to upload during onboarding.

Then, scroll down to the Onboarding section and tick Request proof of qualification during onboarding.

Add Qualifications to Positions

Any qualifications that are both assigned to a position & “required in onboarding” will always be requested.

Any Qualifications that are added to positions that are not required in onboarding will still show on the qualification tab as below, but they will not block progress or completion of onboarding if unfilled.
