Qualifications in Tanda allow you to track and manage important qualifications, proficiencies and documentation for your employees. To easily manage this within Tanda employees can upload this information via their app. This guide covers the requirements to use this functionality:

Configure Qualifications that can be requested in Onboarding

Not all qualifications will be required for users all of the time. To manage what is available to be requested as part of onboarding you can individually configure each qualification to be requested in onboarding, this will allow it to be selected during the onboarding send process.

Add Qualifications to Positions

Any qualifications that are both assigned to a position & “required in onboarding” will always be requested, this allows you to automate more of the onboarding form and reduces extra work to send an onboarding invite.

Any Qualifications that are added to positions that are not required in onboarding will still show on the qualification tab as below, they will however not block progress or completion of onboarding if unfilled.
