This article details a variety of the tools which exist on your roster. Select from the list below to see how these features work.

All of these tools can be found on your roster by firstly heading to Tools found in the sidebar on the lefthand side of your roster.

Printing A Roster:

To print a roster:

  1. Select print roster from the sidebar
  2. Select the printing preference from the options displayed

Roster Edit History:

  1. Select Edit History from the date dropdown beneath the 'Tools For Each Roster' heading

The edit history displays a list of various actions, and the time which they were completed.

Roster Snapshots:

A roster snapshot contains the history of shifts that you have published, and when you published them. If publishing multiple snapshots for a single roster, consecutive snapshots, will only contain the shifts which have changed since the previous publish.

To view published snapshots:

  1. Select Published Snapshots from the date dropdown beneath 'Tools For Each Roster'
  2. Select 'Download' beneath the 'Published Roster' heading to view the snapshot

Import/Export Your Roster:

To import your roster:

  1. Select the 'Import From' dropdown on the lefthand side of the screen
  2. In order to import a roster, it must be formatted in a way that the system can interpret, to ensure that this format is correctly followed, click the 'this template' heading located beneath the import roster button to download a template.
  3. Once your roster is ready to import, select the choose file button located in step 3
  4. Click Import Roster to import the file

To Export your roster:

Select the 'Export to' dropdown on the lefthand side of the screen, and click Export to Excel. Your roster will begin downloading, and can be opened when complete.
