Overview of how Tanda bills

Note: for non-Australian customers only.

Tanda subscriptions are split into Annual and Monthly plans on a per employee basis.

Annual Plans are billed for the entire year up front whilst Monthly Plans are charged month-to-month.

Supported Currencies

We support:

  • USD - United States Dollar

  • EUR - Euros

  • GBP - Pounds

  • AUD - Australian Dollar

Payment Methods

Tanda currently supports VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.

Invoices

You will receive an email with your invoice upon initial activation. 

If you're on a Monthly Plan you will receive an invoice each month to the email address associated with your Tanda Organisation. 

If you're on an Annual Plan you will receive an invoice when your active employee count is higher than the original count. For more information, see Billing: Annual Plans.
