Configuring an employee's employment end date and cessation reason
Set the employee's final date of employment and cessation (leaving reason) code under the Employee Details tab on their profile:
Paying out an employee's leave on termination
Via Payroll > Payroll Settings > Leave Types, configure the applicable leave types that can be paid out on termination in section 2. Payroll Settings.
Once this has been configured, navigate to the employee's payslip and add a termination line in the Cashed Out Leave section for each applicable balance.

Make sure this date in the first screenshot has been entered correctly. It's important to remember that this button will only show on payslips where the termination date has been input for a date within the payslip period.
