Configuring an employee's employment end date and cessation reason
Set the employee's final date of employment and cessation (leaving reason) code under the Employee Details tab on their payroll profile.
Paying out an employee's leave on termination
Via Payroll > Payroll Settings > Leave Types, configure the applicable leave types that can be paid out on termination.
Once this has been configured, navigate to the employee's payslip and add a termination line in the Cashed Out Leave section for each applicable balance.
