If you missed a clock-in and your Manager asks you to update your Timesheet, you've got two ways to do this in Tanda.  If you’re not sure what your company procedure is, just check with your Manager first.

Update via Employee Portal

If your Manager has advised to update your times on the Portal, you can access this on a computer, tablet or smartphone.

In a browser, go to: https://my.tanda.co/portal. We recommend bookmarking this so it is easy to find again.

Once on the page, the first step will be to enter your phone and passcode to verify your details:

Next, ensure you’re on the Update Timesheet tab and check the date, time and then select whether you forgot to Clock in or Clock out.

Finally, click Update My Timesheet at the bottom to save this. This will then be forwarded to your Timesheet in Tanda for your Manager to approve.

If you do make a mistake, enter the request again and it will override your original.

Update via My Tanda

If your Manager has invited you to My Tanda, just go to https://my.tanda.co/login and login:

Click on the relevant pay period and then the relevant shift and fill in the time missing. The missing time will have a red ring around it to indicate this:

  • For morning (am) times, just enter the time. eg. 7 or 730

  • For afternoon/pm times place a p at the end. So you would type 530p or put it in in 24hour time 1730

  • For shifts that go into the early hours of the next day, place am at the end . So you would type 130am

Depending on your account settings, your Manager may also let you know that you can add Allowances to your Timesheet.

Your timesheet will automatically save and then your Manager can go in and approve the shift.

If you need any assistance with Tanda, just speak with your Manager first and they can escalate to Tanda Support should they need to.
