Cost Timeline Reports help you see wage cost trends over time, enabling you to make more informed decisions about your staff.
To access Cost Timeline reports, navigate to Reports > Time & Attendance and look for the Costs sub-heading.
Costs by Date Report
The Costs by Date report shows a timeline of wage costs per day for a period. Enable 'Show charts' to see this data in a line, bar or pie chart.
Single Stat by Time
The Single Stat by Time report allows you to see different statistics over your chosen date range. These statistics include: Scheduled Cost, Timesheet Cost, Scheduled Hours, Timesheet Hours, Cost Difference, Hours Difference, Shifts Worked Count, and Public Holidays Worked Count.
Enable 'Show charts' to see the graph in this report.
Stats Report
The Stats Report allows specific grouping of data to help identify different cost patterns using the primary (days/dates/periods) and secondary (employees/teams/locations) grouping.
Overtime Report
The Overtime Report helps you view overtime costs by showing only employees who have recorded overtime during the selected period.
