Employee Benefits

Employee Benefits in Tanda is a feature that lets employees over the age of 16 access exclusive discounts and offers on partnered brands directly from the mobile app. This is done through discount/coupon codes that the employee can copy & paste, or an offer built into the provided link.

This will be released on 16 March 2026 to all customers, however, it can be turned off before the feature goes live under Feature Management.

Using Employee Benefits

To find and use Employee Benefits, open the mobile app > click your profile in the top right and scroll down to find Employee Benefits.

If accessing this for the first time, you will be asked to first accept the Terms & Conditions. Additionally, you will not be able to access the page if you are under 16 years of age.

Once accepted, you can then browse offers/discount codes from partnered brands, as well as filter offers by category.

Categories include:

  • Automotive

  • Entertainment & Leisure

  • Finance & Insurance

  • Food & Groceries

  • Health & Wellbeing

  • Retail & Gifts

  • Travel

Tap any offer to view details, copy promo codes or follow the link to their website. If there is no specific promo code listed, you will likely have to follow the link provided to access the offer.

FAQs

Does it cost more to have employee benefits enabled?

Employee Benefits do not attract any additional costs to the employee or employer.

When is Employee Benefits going live?

The 16th of March, 2026.

Do I need to enable Employee Benefits?

No, this will be enabled by default when released.

Can I turn off Employee Benefits for my employees?

Yes, there is a setting to toggle it off for the entire organisation under the Settings Icon > Feature Management > Employee Benefits.

Can I report on employee usage of Employee Benefits?

Not currently.

Who can use this feature?

All employees who are currently employed by an employer using Tanda with this feature enabled, who use the mobile app, who are over the age of 16, and who have accepted the Terms and Conditions.

Can we control which brands and offers appear for my employees?

No. You can either have all offers available or entirely toggle the feature off.

Where are offers chosen from?

All offers are provided by our partner Ambassador Card.

Can I add my own offers to Employee Benefits?

No. The offers provided cannot be edited by the employer.
