This help guide will explain how to configure the Tevalis POS integration with Tanda.
Tevalis is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) system that you can integrate with your Tanda account. This integration allows you to feed in live sales data to track daily while also helping generate revenue forecasts to create more accurately costed rosters.
Connect Your Tevalis Account to Tanda
To integrate your Tevalis account with Tanda, navigate to Settings > Integrations > POS System Integrations > + New POS Integrations.
Next, Select the Tevalis tile:
Then, click the green Connect to Tevalis button:
Once you have authorised the connection with Tevalis, you will be prompted to enter a Custom Name (Optional), Company, and Company GUID. Please contact your Tevalis representative to retrieve your Company GUID. Once you are happy with these details, click save.
At this point, Tanda should show that the two systems are connected. You can confirm this by navigating to Settings > Integrations > POS Integrations and checking the status of your integration.
Tevalis will now start sending sales (total net amount without tax) into Tanda, where it can be utilised in conjunction with tools like:
Connecting your Datastreams
Within 24 hours of integrating Tanda with Tevalis, Datastream(s) will be created in your Tanda account per location.
You will should ensure each Datastream is connected to the right location and teams within Tanda. To do this, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Manage Datastreams.
Then, click on any Datastream. A window will open containing a drop-down menu, where you can select your organisation and the location the selected Datastream will be linked to:
Click 'Save Changes' to confirm your updates. Then, proceed to do the same with all Datastreams currently available, ensuring they are connected to the correct team and location.
You can now compare your projected and generated revenue with your workforce's planned and actual attendance within Tanda. You can also schedule your future rosters based on hard data and recorded experience.
