View Warning Reason
To get started you will need to configure and manage the written warning reasons that are in your account.
Opening the “Configure” TAB will allow you to see a number of Warning Reasons that a pre-configured by Tanda. These are the options that can be selected when issuing a Written Warning.
You can add to this list as well as edit or remove any existing items to better suit your business. It's recommended that you take the time to review these items to make sure that they align with any policies that your business has in place.
Add Warning Reason
To add a new written warning reason select the add button in the top right of the configure page.
You will be prompted to add the reason. Additionally, you can create a template that can be used to quickly create and send more formal/standardised written warnings. When done select “create”.
This will create the reason and it will be ready to use.
Edit Warning Reason
If at any time you need to edit the name of a written warning reason you can select the edit button on the right-hand side of the page.
This will open a modal that allows you to edit and save the name of the written warning reason.
Click update to save this change to the name of the written warning reason.
Delete Warning Reason:
To delete a written warning reason select the bin icon on the right-hand side of the screen.
A prompt will require you to confirm that you want to delete this item and select "delete" to proceed.
