As the name suggests, the Birthdays and Work Anniversaries dashboard widget shows upcoming Birthdays and Work Anniversaries. For example:

Adding the Birthdays and Work Anniversaries Widget to Your Dashboard
To add the birthdays and work anniversaries widget to your Tanda dashboard, follow the below process:
Access Tanda in a web browser by logging in at my.tanda.co.
Navigate to your dashboard and click '+ Add Widget' to bring up the list of available dashboard widgets.
Locate the Birthdays and Work Anniversaries widget and click '+ Add this to my dashboard.'
Removing the Widget
If you ever want to remove the widget from your dashboard, simply click the grey eye icon (next to 'View All').
How the Widget Works
Once added, the widget will appear on your dashboard (your Tanda 'home' page), displaying upcoming birthdays and work anniversaries. To see a full list of all birthdays and work anniversaries, simply click 'View All'.
The dates in the widget are based on the date of birth and employment start date contained in the Personal Details tab of an employee's Staff Profile.
Sync Birthdays and Work Anniversaries with your Personal Calendar
You can also sync birthdays and work anniversaries with your personal calendar, to ensure you're always notified in advance.
To do so, navigate to Workforce > Staff. Then, select Tools in the top-right corner of the page and click 'Birthday calendar.'
This will redirect you to a page that looks similar to the one below:
Click the 'Subscribe to Employment Anniversaries' or 'Subscribe to Birthdays' buttons in the top right corner, and then follow the prompts to add these details to your personal calendar.
