This help guide will outline the steps you must follow in Xero to import your journals from Tanda Payroll each pay period.
Downloading the .CSV File in Tanda
Tanda Payroll has an automated .CSV file format for Xero journals. You can access this by clicking the 'XERO JOURNAL' button at the bottom of your Tanda Payroll journal:
Once you have downloaded this onto your device, follow the steps below in Xero to import these into your accounting system.

Uploading the .CSV File In Xero:
After downloading the above file, please follow the below steps in Xero.
1. Navigate to the "Reports" section of your account:
2. Select the option to "Import" the .CSV journal:
Note: You can click the star icon to link this report to the "Advanced" section, as shown in the first screenshot.
Upload the .CSV file you downloaded from Tanda Payroll above and click "Import":
