You will need to re-authenticate your Time Clock if your staff have:

  • Reported that they are unable to clock-in as it is flashing red when they put in their passcode:

When the Time Clock was setup and it asked you to either use a Setup code or Login using my Tanda account, a Team Manager might have used their details. This means that any staff not in that Team cannot clock-in.

  • The Time Clock was originally authenticated by an Admin who has now been deleted from Tanda.

To re-authenticate the Time Clock, an Admin user needs to enter their Passcode and then click Settings at the bottom. You will then see the Re-authenticate option to select:

The Time Clock should be authenticated using a Setup Code (accessed via the new Time Clock page in Tanda) or by an Admin entering their login details:

All staff entered in Tanda will then be able to clock-in and the information sent to their Timesheet.
