Events happening at, or surrounding, your business may have a significant impact on the number of staff required to meet demand. Enter these events into Tanda to be considered when scheduling staff and managing time off.
To enter an event:
- Navigate to Roster/Schedule Overview.
- Select Events followed by + Add New Event.
- Fill out the details of the event.
- Confirm Add New Event.
OPTIONAL: when creating the event there is the option to Discourage staff from taking time off. If selected, staff will see an alert when attempting to apply for time off at the same time as an event.
Once created, events will be listed under Events when viewing the relevant date, as well as an icon on the specified date/s.
