You can check out this information guide for any specific instructions for using Intuit QuickBooks Online UK in Tanda. For any specific QuickBooks questions it might be best to speak with QuickBooks Support first otherwise you can always ask Tanda on the details at the bottom of this article.

Add QuickBooks Online to your Tanda account by going to Settings > Integrations > Payroll Integrations:

In the top right corner, click on + New Payroll Integration:

Click on Show more at the bottom, and click the Connect button for Intuit QuickBooks:

You'll then be prompted to login in a separate tab:

Once you've logged in, you'll then be prompted to authorise Tanda to connect to your QuickBooks account.

You can then configure the settings of your Payroll Integration by clicking on the QuickBooks logo. If you pay out of one company file, ensure "Applies To" is set to "Everyone" or configure as required. Here you can also read your Company ID for troubleshooting purposes.

Importing Staff

In Tanda

In Tanda, go to Workforce > Staff:

On the right, click on + Add Staff:

In the pop-up window select Import from > Intuit QuickBooks Online:

You’ll then see a progress indicator and once your staff have been imported you’ll see the list of them. If there are any staff listed that you didn't want to import into Tanda, you can deselect them. Click on Complete Staff Import to go to the your Staff page.

Exporting from Tanda

Once you've approved all your Timesheets and you're ready to export, go to Timesheets > Weekly (check you're on the correct pay period) > click the Preview & Export button:

You'll then go through to the Timesheet Export Preview page. If there are any errors in your Timesheets, this will be flagged so you can fix before exporting.

When you are ready to export click Export to Payroll Software again within the Preview page:
