Public Holiday Regions are configured account-wide in the General Settings under the Public/Show Holidays tab in Tanda while Time Zones are selected based on the location entered when you first opened your Tanda account.
You might have Locations & Teams though which are not in the same Country/State as the account settings. In this case, you'll want to specify a different Time Zone and Public Holiday Region in the Teams page.
To configure this, go to Workforce > Teams:
If you haven't already setup your Locations & Teams, have a look at this article on how to add them.
Then, where the Location name is set at the top, click Edit location on the far right:
Click on Show Advanced Options and you'll then see the Public holiday setup heading:
Holiday Regions: select from the box the State or Country that the Location is based in.
Public Holiday Dates: here you can select dates for Show Holidays or Public Holidays that apply in this area outside of the general dates. You can also specify the time from and to, if it's not all day, by unticking All day.
Time Zone: click to select the Time Zone that applies for this Location (if different to the rest of your Tanda account).
Just a note on changing Time Zone though, if you already have data populated in your account, changing the Time Zone will affect the Rosters and Timesheets. You can just update it yourself, however if it affects large portions of data it may be best to contact Support for us to do this for you
Once you have made your changes, click Update location details at the bottom to return to the Teams page and you can continue to edit any other Locations that you have.
