If a user, (Admin, Team Manager or Employee) needs to change the email address that they use for Tanda, you just need to check if they've been invited to Tanda already.
To check this, go to Workforce > Staff:
Then click on the employee's name to go into their profile and on their Personal tab, check whether they have an email address and whether it's greyed out:
If there isn't an email or the field is white, as it is above, it means you can update the email yourself. To do this, just click into the field and type in the new email address and click Update at the bottom.
Updating if it's already entered
If it's greyed out though, this means the user needs to change it through their profile. This is a security feature, as the user could use Tanda in more than one account (for another business), so they need to update the email address themselves.
To do this, ask them to login to Tanda. If they can't remember their password they can click to have a new one sent to them.
When they're logged in, click on the Profile button in the top right corner:
And then click on Change Account Details again in the top right corner:
Here, the user can change their Email Address and Password and when they press Save at the bottom, it will automatically update their profile in Staff in Tanda.
