Staff can enter their own Leave and Unavailability requests through the Employee App and in My Tanda if you've invited them to login. You can select to enable or disable this option to staff for your business. When disabled to staff, Admins and Managers can still enter it into Tanda on behalf of staff and for themselves. 

Both Leave and Unavailability access is enabled under Settings > General Settings > Time Off tab:

Leave

  • To disable, ensure there's no tick in the box Allow employees to enter leave requests
  • To enable, ensure there is a tick:

Click Update Settings at the bottom to save. 

Unavailability

  • To disable, ensure there's no tick in the box Employees can use the Tanda App to enter their unavailability
  • To enable, ensure there is a tick: 

Click Update Settings at the bottom to save.
