This article helps you fix the following errors:

  • TrackingItemID is required for each timesheet line

To fix this, ensure that your settings are in sync. If you have enabled timesheet tracking in your Xero payroll settings, then you should set up tracking categories in Tanda. But if you haven't enabled timesheet tracking in your Xero payroll settings, then you remove all the tracking category settings in Tanda.

To enable tracking in Xero, go to Settings > General Settings > Tracking. 

You can add tracking category name and category options.

Enable it in payroll settings. Under Organisation tab, you will see Timesheet Categories. Choose the category that you setup.

The timesheet categories and tracking option should match in Tanda. To check it in Tanda, go to Settings > Add-ons.
