Timesheets are found in the header by selecting Daily or Weekly:

When staff enter Leave themselves, through the Time Clock, Portal or My Tanda, this will automatically display on Daily and Weekly Timesheet.

It will display as orange if it is Pending, or green once it's Approved:

Add Leave on Weekly Timesheets

To add leave to an employee's timesheet in Weekly view, go to the relevant shift and at the end of the shift, click the airplane icon to Add leave:

The day will be automatically populated for the day you selected the leave icon against, however you can edit it, along with the hours (say if they went home after a portion of their shift). Once you have finished click Submit Leave Request:

The Leave will automatically be approved and displayed as green on the timnesheet:

The originally shift will display above, however you can click the collapse icon if you don't want to see it in the timesheet anymore. There's no need to enter any hours or try to approve to blank shift.

Add Leave on Daily Timesheets

To record leave on Daily Timesheets, on the relevant day, scroll to the relevant employee and click the airplane icon under their name to Record leave for this shift:

The Add Leave Request box will pop up, again with the day automatically filled. Fill in the relevant details and click Submit

The leave will then show as an approved shift for the employee for that day.
