Ways you can run the Tanda Time Clock

The Tanda Time Clock app can run on various different devices. The first step is to figure out where you would like the Time Clock to run - this can be on a tablet, computer or even just in the browser!

We recommend having a dedicated device to run the app so your staff are able to clock in and out with no disruptions.  You can use either a tablet stuck to the wall or on a dedicated computer setup somewhere central for staff.

iPad

Download the 'Tanda Time Clock' from the Apple app store onto your iPad:

Android

Download the 'Tanda Time Clock' from the Google play store onto your Android tablet. We recommend using either a Samsung Tab A or Samsung Tab B. Our testing has found that these devices are best value for money in regards to reliability, app compatibility and lifespan:

Web Browser

You can run the Time Clock app directly in your browser. This is great if you want to see how it works however if you plan to use the Time Clock in the browser as the main clock in location make sure its running on a computer that will be easily accessible and obvious to staff so they don't forget to clock in:

Order a tablet from us

Inside your account you can order a tablet directly from us. We will send it out with the Time Clock pre-installed ready to go! Go to your Time Clocks page in Tanda and click New Time Clock:

On this page you will see an option to Use a tablet we provide. Simply fill out the order form and a time clock will be sent out directly to you:

How to connect your Time Clock with your account

Once you have the Time Clock downloaded or opened on your device the next step is to login on the app and connect it with your actual Tanda account. Click I have an account:

Next enter your account setup code. This is a unique code that links your account with the Time Clock. You can access it via the new time clock page in your account as pictured below:

Give your Time Clock a nickname and assign it to one of your locations. This will help you identify exactly where staff have clocked in or out.

Now your setup will be complete. Your staff can begin clocking in and out and this will be automatically synced with your account!
