You can give Tanda Support a Payroll Advisor access to your Xero so we can check if your Xero is configured correctly. We'll only have access to payroll-related data and you can remove our access at any point.
To invite Tanda Support, in your Xero account, go to Settings > General Settings:
1. Under the Organisation sub-heading, click on Users
2. Click on + Invite a User:
3. Enter the details:
First Name: Tanda
Last Name: Support
Email: ____@tanda.co (will vary depending on the Workforce Success Consultant)
User's level of access: click in the top option None
Tick Payroll Admin box
Click Continue to go to the Invitation where you have can leave the default text and then just click the green Send Invite button:
