This article helps you fix the following errors:

  • A timesheet for (name) for this pay period already exists in Xero.

This means that there is an existing timesheet in Xero for the same pay period. This might have happened if you already exported this timesheet into Xero and are trying to export over it again.

If the timesheet in Xero is different to the timesheet in Tanda, you will need to delete the Xero timesheet so that Tanda can export the correct timesheet into Xero. If the timesheets are the same in both systems, you can ignore this error.

To fix this, open the timesheet in Xero.

Choose the timesheet you want to delete.

Click “revert to draft”, then once the timesheet has reloaded, click “delete timesheet”.
