This article helps you fix the following errors:

  • Some earnings rates were not found in Xero

This means that your award has not been fully configured in Xero yet.

To fix this, go to your Tanda Account and go to Payroll > Payroll Manager > Manage Award

Click on Force template update in Xero.

Wait 5 minutes, then try the timesheet export again. If you still get the same error, contact Tanda support, or try the tips in this article.
