This article helps you fix the following errors:

  • (name) isn't configured for payroll.

If you are using a Tanda award template, you can fix this by going to the employee’s profile and choose the correct award, the employment type, and the level.

Go to Staff > My Team > Staff > Payroll tab and choose the appropriate template for the employee.

To ensure that the template has been set up in your payroll system, go to Payroll > Payroll Manager > Manage award.

Force the template to your payroll system.

If the employee is not paid on an award, choose “No template” then configure their pay rules manually in Tanda and Xero.

Check if the pay items in Tanda match with Xero. Refer to this article for help.

For all pay items you’ve set up in Xero, make sure that their Type of Units field is set to "Hours"
