Once your Manager has confirmed the roster they will Email or SMS your shifts for the week, depending on your business' policy.


Email

At the bottom of the email you will also see a link:

  • To the Unavailability calendar if you need to make a request
  • To subscribe your roster to your calendar. There are also links below this to guides for adding a calendar link to the most popular calendars

SMS

You can use the Text back function if you're not sure if your Roster has been updated, to get another copy of the most current roster.

My Tanda 

If your Manager has invited you to My Tanda, you can view the whole week's roster. 

You can use the options on the left to look at different Roster Views, filter to specific Locations and Teams and different weeks in the Calendar.

The Roster is greyed out as it has been sent out and is currently locked down.
