If you've changed your Email Address and need to have it updated in Tanda for Rosters and Reminders, you've got two options:

Update it yourself

If you've been invited and logged into My Tanda before, you'll need to update it yourself through your Profile.

Your Manager won't be able to do it in their Tanda through your profile as it'll be locked for security.

To update it yourself, just login as you did before with your old email address and password. If you can't remember your password just click Forgot your password?

If you're still not having any luck, you can ask your Manager to check what your Email is listed as currently in Tanda and then try resetting your password again.

Once you're logged in, click on the Profile button in the top right corner:

And then click on Change Account Details again in the top right corner:

Here, you can change your Email Address and Password. Don't forget to press Save at the bottom to update.
 

Your Manager can update it

If you've never logged into My Tanda before, your Manager can update your Email Address in your Profile under their login. You can link them to this article if they're not sure how to do this. 


If you need any assistance with Tanda, just speak with your Manager first and they can escalate to Tanda Support should they need to.
