How to Update a Staff Member's Contact Information

If your staff member changes their phone number or email address, you'll need to update this in your Payroll system and in Tanda.

Tanda can only import information from your payroll software if no data currently exists for it, so if some information has changed, you'll need to manually update it.

To do this, go to Staff and My Team:

Click on the relevant staff member to go to their profile.

In the Phone Number or Email field, click and then update to the new Phone Number or Email:

Once you have updated, click the Update Employee Details button at the bottom to save these changes:
