How to apply a Team to a Roster

Using Teams on the Roster enables you to let staff know which area they are working in, as well as being able to report on the Costs of those Teams.

Under Rosters and Current Roster:

Click the Question Mark on the left on the shift card and a list of the teams that the particular staff member can work in will appear. Select the relevant one:

As you update every shift's team you will notice that the numbers populate in the filters on the left:

When you have finished, if you just want to look at one team on the roster, click that filter and it will remove the other teams.
