Using one of Tanda’s Managed Award Templates takes the guesswork and stress out of award rate compliance, ensuring the correct award rate is applied correctly every time, for every staff member.
To enable one of Tanda’s pre-built templates, simply navigate to the Payroll section of Tanda and click on Payroll Manager:
Under Apply an Award you will see a list of Award Templates:
Once you have found the correct award relating to your business, click Enable at the end of the row:
If you can't see your Award in the list, we can quote to have this built in as custom for you, otherwise you can also build your own rules. Just scroll to the bottom of the page to find the relevant information.
Once you have enabled the Award, your next steps are to Add staff to the award by clicking on the green button in the top right:
After you have classified your staff, there will be some automatic or manual configuration between Tanda and your Payroll & Accounting System required.
The Payroll Integration section will guide you in what is required for this step:
To add another award, simply click on Payroll > Payroll Manager again and click Enable next to the other Awards you want to add to your account.
If you don't see your Award listed, scroll to the bottom of the screen for your options.
